We are constantly being told how we should eat from TV shows, magazine articles, friends, health and fitness professionals. The issue is generally all these suggestions are great but they don't take the individual in mind they are just suggestions for the masses. We take a different approach
I am of firm belief that our bodies tell us everyday what we need the problem is we either
