Often times we get stuck in this day-to-day stress and it’s hard to see accomplishments especially when we are “in the suck”.
I see this a lot with shift-working professionals they are so focused on work and things that need to get done that they often feel like they are stuck on the hamster wheel of life and see no way off.
One quick way to alter our mindset is to think of something we are proud of.
This is something I talk about in the well-being as a leadership approach, it’s one of the fastest ways to engage your workforce.
If you are struggling with trying to find something to be proud of ask someone. If you are a leader be sure you are letting people know when they did something good.
Often times it’s so much easier for someone else to see our #accomplishments than it is for us.
